Body Balance Pilates

Pilates is a wonderful body-conditioning programme which works to reestablish normal movement patterns by balancing muscles, relieving tension, lengthening the spine. The deep stabilising muscles of the pelvic floor, abdominals and spine are strengthened, and the joints are taken through their full range of movement freely.
I think Pilates is almost magical in its ability to transform the body and release the mind.

Pilates just makes sense. You wouldn’t dream of driving your car without servicing it regularly. Pilates is a regular check over for the body, oiling the joints, lengthening the spine and keeping the engine revving over.
